Set in a natural landscape, surrounded by long-lived olive trees, this villa is the definition of Mediterranean style, with luxurious spaces, warm and elegant decoration, full of character. Ideal for large families and groups of friends this property guarantees a relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful environment with many amenities.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a sitting room, a living – dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on the same floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and a built sofa that can be optionally used as bed (70-80cm width) as long as an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds (90cm width, each). This room has its own entrance door, however it can communicate with the second bedroom (by a separating door) and share the same bathroom. There is also a communal bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. The first one has a queen size bed (1.60m width), with an en-suite bathroom. The second one has a queen size bed (1.60m width) with an en-suite bathroom. The third one has a queen size bed (1.60m width) and a sofa/bed (with mattress – 90cm width) with an en-suite bathroom as well. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and offer kitchenettes (with a sink, a small fridge and a boiler).

In terms of outdoor areas there is a swimming pool (60sq.m with a depth from 80cm to 150cm), two large dining tables with chairs, sunbeds, BBQ area and a large garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants.

In the evening, the garden and the pool have automatically adjusted ambient lighting, creating a particularly pleasant environment for relaxation.

The access to the house is from the national road of Rhodes – Lindos, through a private electric gate. Also, the villa offers private parking space.

All the above described indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are used exclusively by our guests with absolute respect for their privacy.

The rental price includes the regular cleaning and the change of the bed linen, as well as the towels (depending on the length of the stay).
